As AGE Industries was in the early growth development stage; we seen a need for corrugated packaging suppliers in the south valleys of Texas.
In 1977 we established our San Benito location. Located in Rio Grande valley, this location proved to be the leader in the corrugated packaging industry of the south. In 1979, continued growth in San Benito sparked expansion to our new 60,000 square foot facility. With this expansion came our ability to offer, “vendor managed inventory control”, and our JIT WHSE program. This helped our customers reduce the amount of inventory kept on their floors, thus freeing up cash for other business needs.
Our close proximity to northern Mexico also proved to be of great value to our customers in the US who conduct business in Mexico. This set us up as a “one stop shopping” source for corrugated packaging supplies. Today, our customers on both sides of the border enjoy great quality products, with excellent customer service at a competitive price.
AGE Industries-San Benito division offers many packaging products; Corrugated containers custom and stock sizes, flat sheets, single-face rolls, kraft paper rolls, wood and plastic pallets, bubble wrap, poly bags, packing tape, stretch wrap, and fibre wound tubes. San Benito also offers pre-assembly and assembly services to our customers, partitions construction, foam-in-place, and pad buildups. This helps our customers control and reduce labor cost, “let us do it for you”.
San Benito’s customer base include, leaders of the Automotive, electronics, airline, medical, petrochemical, food service, and produce industries, to name a few.
